Yea, Amethyst doesn't list mutes, but apparently they are public and other clients like Nostrudel can see them. Heather got really mad when I told her that the age of consent should be like 23 or something. I was just making shit up, but she took me seriously apparently.
you also can use public keys in any app to get a read only view of what that user would see in that app with that settings.
