I just started listening last night. This is an excellent premise for a show (talking to people with whom you mostly agree about where you disagree), and there should be no shortage of libertarian guests. 🤣 I like the longer Joe-Rogan-style discussion. And Dave Smith is a great first guest.
It’s funny how he said: He thought his new found libertarian ideas will click immediately with left oriented friends. Because it echos my own thoughts where I think the idea of Bitcoin and Nostr would click immediately with libertarian thinking people :))
It turned out these things takes time. But I sincerely believe this two groups of people Bitcoiners and Libertarians will feed each other in terms of number of people. And once a person goes this path I think it’s difficult to go back the direction where they came from. What I mean is it will be a one way (mostly) street and not many people will give up the libertarian ideas once they understand them.
