What's the tldr of using zinc sunscreen for someone out of the loop?

Most sunscreens usually use nano zinc which gets absorbed into the bloodstream harming you and marine life. In same way how microplastics are harmful.
Non-nano zinc is larger particles which still give you protection for sun overexposure but without going into your bloodstream.
Can also recommend tallow based sunscreens - natural, minimal ingredients, helps if your skin does get burned.
