When you play tennis, you channel your thoughts and feelings, better you manage better you can play. Calm and compose. Strategy and execution. I love Roger and Sinner in this approach of tennis. 🎾 but there can be some other ways as well. Aggressive play is way for some players. but not in the long run. Will download and see what it offer. But of course can’t play better just by reading a book. 😜🎾👟
