Is it better to let the fever burn itself out or medicate it into submission?

Ummm control it maybe so you dont run up a fever passes 105 and die

Do not go gentle into that good night

That doesn't answer my question

Oh sorry my bad you were looking for a more direct response,

Yes. Medicate into submission. Bend it to your will.

Imo only medicate over 105. Fever is a healing process.

If the patient is 6 years old and it's 101.....

Ask their doctor. If it were my child I would prob medicate at 102/103. If you want natural to try to support the body thru an illness, try https://health.bastyr.edu/news/health-tips/2009/11/dive-feet-first-wellness-natural-remedy

105 for certain people can literally fry your brain. My threshold is lower at ~102 for most people, especially if they have lower body mass.

That being said, I don't medicate to kill the fever, just control or mitigate it.

Wet towel for the fever and rest

Wherever you draw the medication line, I suggest not using Tylenol as it will deplete your glutathione.

Congaplex has been a game changer in my house for working WITH the body during a fever.
