It's not about VPN, if you wanted to use it to buy bitcoin with fiat it won't work if your bank account is attached to an address in the US.

Lend doesn't use bank accounts.

I haven't used it, but doesn't it depend on what you're borrowing?

You can only borrow stablecoins. Anyone can get those kyc free.
