I prefer to be fully virtual, but I show my face about twice a week, mostly based on who I’m meeting. At my current company I do it by choice.
At my previous company, after COVID we were forced to go to the office 3 days a week. It was a global company so i ended up going to the office to be on virtual calls for 7-8hrs a day! That’s just silly!
Exactly. Been there.. It’s ridiculous. I guess the only redeeming thing about being in the office are the 2-hour luncheons and constant procrastination.

Actually, it’s quite the opposite. Working from home tends to increase productivity, as it offers a more enjoyable environment and fewer distractions compared to the office. Since transitioning to remote work, I’ve found myself significantly more focused and efficient, with the added benefit of reduced micromanagement.
Depends on the person, home and work environment, I find it to be the opposite for me
