I lived in key west for a year when I was a teenager there was a spare change mafia, they made a fortune. Everyone on duval street basically worked for this king pin begger.
When the begger has more money than everyone else 🙄
there was a man who used to go around my college town who collected empty bottles and cans on trash day. if he saw a party then evening before, he would go in the morning and take them. it helped pay for his daughter's college expenses.
