more or less narrowed down my options to:

1 - staying in NYC metro

2 - moving to Florida

NYC metro is actually still, on the balance, the best part of US. we here don't know how good we have it until we go to some other state and find out about nonsense like restrictions for lawn watering, flying cockroaches, hurricanes, draughts, earthquakes, alligators, wildfires, tornados, hail etc.

yes NYC subway is filled with mentally ill homeless niggers but most states don't have subway at all. and you can always live an hour away from NYC in some idyllic exurb ( like i do ).

and while winters in NYC are annoying, they aren't severe by any stretch of imagination. nothing like Boston or Chicago. they're bad in actual city where they never clear the snow or fix potholes or do anything at all ( instead the Jews just steal all the funds ) but in any upscale white suburbs the snow is cleared within hours.

Florida, on other hand, is best for Hedonism. If you don't give a fuck about things like job market and just want great weather, beaches, flowers and palm trees and never want to see snow again in your motherfucking life - Florida is for you.

honestly this isn't an easy choice. i am kind of tired of NYC metro but also i would miss having a basement.
