MOMENT UKRAINIAN REFUGEE WAS MURDERED BY CAREER CRIMINAL

Security camera footage shows the moment Iryna Zarutska, 23, was stabbed to death on August 22, on Charlotte's Lynx Blue Line, North Carolina. The incident occurred within minutes of her boarding.

Decarlos Brown Jr., 34, can be seen unfolding a pocket knife before the unprovoked attack. The two didn't know each other.

Brown exited at the next stop while passengers rushed to help Zarutska who was pronounced dead on the train.

Brown remains jailed pending competency evaluation. He has been charged with first-degree murder
