When I try to zap it, it just pops up and says error. I’ve tried different browsers (safari and Mullvad). I’ve DMed Wavlake and am trying to work out why, there’s sats in my account so it’s not that.

Okay, if you’ve DM’d them then they should be getting back to you. When I had questions I used the email address at the bottom of their homepage & they were very fast to reply.
That might be the better option
