this is more needed that most people know.
the current system is entirely corrupt.
when you dig into it, it becomes clear that county code enforcement operates primarily as an extortion scheme, that pushes the average american out of property ownership.
I installed a wind and solar system on my previous home. The wind turbines were installed on my roof. Since there were no rules about roof mounted turbines, I had to wait 6 months for them to write a rule, so I could install them. (I think no rule means I can do what I want). I then paid their extortion payment to install the system. They then contacted me and tried to charge me a separate permit fee for each turbine (3) and each solar panel (6) after they had already given me the permit. I asked them if someone was building a house, would the person have to have a separate permit for each toilet and each sink?
