Orange man could have done it already, but he has not yet, why?

Why ask why. Guy hasnt had a shit yet since inauguration.
He has prepared over 100 executive orders already even before inauguration, in order to release them on day 1.
I think he's taking a big shit and then getting ready to sign them. Probably dealing with last minute interventions by people pleasing with him to change his plans or sneak extra deals in, too.
I don't have any faith in or reliance on him, but I do expect him to probably keep his word in this instance.
