I'm guessing the same thing happened with digital drawing.

Humans create art by recycling what they’ve seen before IRL with their own touch. AI does it no differently and the “touch” in this case is just entropy. I think it gets very subjective at this point but I’d 100% say both are art.

I like painting for the experience and the end product. AI art is just end product.
