- There is a very secret v2 design in the making that greatly solves the liquidity issue. This would make Ark more efficient, if not as efficient as Lightning.

- One can form a geographically distributed ASP federation with hundreds of members. This would aggregate liquidity in once place and make ASPs less prone to regulatory attacks.

ARK is not going to work. If the L2 doesn’t pay the miners, and the corporations that run the L2 make more money than the miners, then they are doomed. BIP300 is seriously the only thing that protects us from the miners.

coinjoins every block for every asp

also asps have to put up a boat load of liquidity (not free)

it's another interesting new business model that needs to prove itself
