Nice! Glad you’re getting back into it. Ever since I started walking 15-20k steps a day my mood is dramatically improved. Whenever I start to feel depressed or something I just go for a walk and it’s pretty much instantly gone

I haven't added walking in yet.

I probably will but I'm just waiting for that moment where I put my shoes on & go.

It’s prob my fav activity. Just going for a long walk by myself, or with the wife or whatever. Bonus points if it’s nice outside haha
