Crappy cellphone video since I was keeping my distance. This was from about 6:30am this morning just over the dunes from Billy Mitchell. Tourists scared the deer away. But before they took off, they were frolicking in the ocean. I thought that they were dogs hopping around and playing. I finally took my phone out as they were leaving. Was fun to watch
