There are ways that require less effort π I think itβs just to be nice

Just saying I open doors for anyone thatβs close π itβs just manners to me
Thank you! I do too. Once had a guy let a door slam in my face while I was on crutches. He even turned around to see me struggling to get the door open after him and he was still in front of the closed glass door but just turned back around. It was a total WTF moment.
Thatβs just plain rudeness, thereβs no cure for that unfortunately
Good grief.
Wtf, who raised him π± That's awful πππ

Maybe some π§ but I think most just have good manners π and know how to be a gentleman π
I appreciate gentlemanly behavior. I donβt really understand women who are offended by it.
Absolutely! π I could not agree more. I believe in embracing and appreciating traditional roles, one of those roles being βprotectorβ -Protect me from this heavy germ infested door. π
In essence, it's all about mutual respect and allowing each other to express our care and support in meaningful ways. Obviously if a man is carrying heavy boxes into the house his wife or girlfriend should open the door. Back to good manners.
