Depends when you think you’ll need to spend utxo’s, what you think bitcoin will be able to buy when you do need to spend those utxo’s, and what information you’re comfortable giving your counterparty.

Thi king about UTXO consolidation and payjoin.
Would it be possible to have a pre signed transaction of some sort, perhaps from a friend paying you for beers, and wait to include that UTXO in a future payjoin? Also, can I combine UTXO’s from multiple wallets in the payjoin?
