How do I get Sats out of mempool? I’m not even sure how long that’s been there

Sucks when transactions get stuck in the mempool.
If you sent the transaction yourself and have control of the UTXO it came from then you can send another transaction from the same UTXO with a higher fee and both transactions will get confirmed.
