i talked to a lot of them when ordinals became a thing, trying to get them to run full bitcoin nodes and trying to teach them about bitcoin. they're not scammers. they just don't know any better. a scammer is someone that wants to scam another person, they have the intent on scamming. these people are just uninformed. do scammers exist? absolutely. the people that create these projects and that pump these projects are scammers. others are innocent bag holders that don't know any better.
If you knowingly buy ordinals and BRC20 to sell it to an ignorant user. You are a Scammer
