This is the best medicine. The past week I've been super busy at work and also in just sort of a funk. I haven't ran in a week ebcutite been hit and muggy and gross outside. I ran today and I feel infinitely better.

I have to remind myself of this often. I find myself falling down the negative news hole far to often and it's really not good for one's mental heatlh.
