I'm new here, can anyone please explain why Primal went through 15gb of my data plan in less then one day? At this rate, I can't continue using it 😢
My guess would be auto-playing videos and animated profile pics. You can disable both of those in settings. Some (probably most) people don’t compress/optimize their videos before posting them, so that makes it worse.
Nah, doesn't seem like it, auto-playing was off, plus I was scrolling for just like 30 minutes altogether. 10gb seems a lot for this. Anyway, it kind of eased a lot now, I wonder if it maybe downloaded the whole timeline, since it automatically gave me a 100 accounts to follow. We'll see, thanks for your help.
