Many people joke about #IKEA being low quality and complicated to assemble. I’m slightly expanding the library to take up the whole wall.
I’ve run a furniture moving business for decades and the reason people’s IKEA furniture is often falling apart is because they can’t follow the incredibly simple instructions. Laughable incompetence.
What can REALLY make it last a very long time is wood glue. You won’t be able to disassemble it, but it’ll outlive you in most cases. The instructions don’t call for glue but as a sovereign individual I’ll use the glue if I see fit 😅
