I applaud your effort and I am here to help! Just want to correct one thing. using AirDrop you are still putting it online. So there are many android alternatives that do the same thing but in a much more private and secure manner where you hold the private keys, for example, Mega NZ, Telegram, etc.

Sorry but AFAIK Mega and Telegram are probably the 2 most flawed ‘encryption’ using platforms

alright stick with apple for perfect privacy and security :)

those two were just examples. there are many other options out there, OwnCloud etc. you can criticize them all you like. I would never touch an apple product in my life.
