i've been arguing for a broadcast vs narrowcast distinction in kinds for a while now... this would enable HD keychains instead of fixed npubs being also the nsec signers

some things need to be broadcast, some need to be sent to your outboxes, others need to be sent to your counterparty's common in/outbox, or ideally, to their personal relay

Using Tor means putting hops between users and media servers. Does that decrease censorship resistance too?
