You want to restore on another HW or make a new key?
Is restoring a valid option for switching to a new hardware wallet?
It's normally not recommended but if both wallets are bip39 compatible, it works.
Same situation as in hw company is bankrupt, doesn't produce new devices, and yours breaks. With your 12/24 words you can restore your wallet on another HW (given they are bip39 compatible which most should be)
SeedSigner is not a wallet and does not store your keys; you input your seed words to sign a transaction (the device can help you make a QR code to speed that up). You have to use it with a wallet; it works great with Sparrow wallet.
As for importing or migrating to another cold wallet, you only need the seed words, and you should note the fingerprint and derivation path.
