I want to setup a low cost paid relay under my domain for people to use. What are the recommended server specs (going to use a VPS)? I want this thing to be blazing fast, but don't want to have overkill.
I've seen "Ubuntu 22.10, 8GB memory, 160GB NVME SSDs" as a minimum, but I want more of a "recommended" level than this.

8 GB Memory is enough. 100GB disk is more than enough for now. You don't need much CPU power.
What relay implementation are you planning on using?

I was using nostr-rs-relay to run a free public relay for a while, but I think most of the paid relays are running nostream.
I shut my free relay down because it wasn't getting enough usage to justify the VPS. I'll probably get around to setting up a paid relay eventually.
