But definitely not a network
Someone called T_itter an "information network," and I thought of Nostr as the same, but why do you say it is not a network?
Some people told me it was a pro too cool and I tend to agree with them.

It is and will be whatever we want.
How is it a network?
Same as http. Not per se but without it it would be not possible for the network to operate.
Its like a new planet without heavy-controlled governance but with a fundamental way of how it operates, and we can build anything on it 💜
