There aren't many topic-accounts on nostr actually.
Like it must be very difficult for a client to recommend categories. And there are almost invisible parentheses.
You have 'music' but then a lot of it actually '(bitcoin) music'.
You have 'memes' but really it's 'memes (about bitcoin)'.
Which obviously has a very very limited appeal.
(There are notable exceptions).

And some of the exceptions don't use Nostr that much and eventually some disappear, as I have noticed.
