if you have the surplus to do something deluxe then go for it i say... i have dreams of building a brutalist prefab concrete bunker style house and surrounded by gardens and goats and sheep, that's mostly extravagant i think... but one of the reasons why we work is to be able to enjoy some things

so, yes, mostly houses are luxuries, but if you are practical and do your math they are an environment for productivity
