The desire for inner harmony is often nothing more than a fear of inner conflict. Truly free is someone who doesn't fear their fragmentation, but rather lives it consciously.

I don't know what you mean by "fear of inner conflict."?? Can you help me understand?

Fear is mostly a feeling you have when for example: your inner child wants something to experience something (/Soul), but your mind, catching on imprinted, sometimes subconscious memories, that are not even yours, but implanted on your cortex, tells you otherwise. A battle inside stars, between Soul, and Mind, for something that was not yet healed on a heart level.

I just wanted to say that freedom does not depend on whether heart, mind and soul are aligned

I see. For me to be free one must be authentic. To be authentic, the 3 must be aligned. But that's my opinion. You don't have to agree.
