Every peace of data that gets associated to you. Meaning ANY unencrypted data.
By now you should have abandoned banks or merchants that require KYC. But even without KYC they are creating profiles/fingerprints for all your online activity. Including when others around you practice low opsec standards or are outright surveiling you like cameras and Bluetooth, WiFi, NFC scanners in public places.
