Report into strata firm Netstrata finds conflicts and excessive fees
The review into Netstrata began last year after the ABC found the company had been regularly using its wholly owned insurance arm to charge apartment owners exorbitant insurance brokerage fees, and had been taking kickbacks from its contractors and suppliers.
