Which chain is primed to be a first mover at scale? What would it do to their food cost? Would their pricing have to change in a way that would be too painful?

I think Taco Bell could do it. In the 80’s they used refined coconut oil. Refined coconut appeals to vegans and vegetarians. So easier for them to revert back imo.
