Intel owns their own process though, TSMC makes all of AMDs offerings.

I think their technology is used in quite political blood libel from what I've read. That's why their stock had tanked.

My Nerd friends told me that the new CPU from Intel "Arrowlake" could be pretty good for productive tasks and gamer. A new clean design similar to AMD + new energy management. Individual tiles can be switched off etc. So pretty good "Output per watt". Released end of 2024.
