I am also thinking making a bitcoiner meetup, or just a simple market where people can pay with bitcoin as a digital method. But not yet know where to start.
I just bought a tap, not involved in the project myself 😁, but a bit of assembly & tinkering is needed.
We have the same issue here, I know about max. 4 semi Bitcoiners in my area. So my idea is to just low key it. Have noderunnersradio playing on a speaker, have plebtap installed, print paper with short explainer and chill out.
Peeps can get free Sats for trying out beertap and play dj from me. I don't expect a big crowd, so it should be feasible to cover the cost 😁.
Just have to find a moment we 4 are all available at least so I am not just sitting there by myself 🤣
