Fun fact, Block 0 IS unspendable. Even if Satoshi returns with all his keys, Block 0 was constructed, not mined to boot strap the blockchain. To do that a random public key was appended to the Coinbase, meaning there is no corresponding private key to sign the coins and spend them.
