i haven't used it but been meaning to try it out. from what i understand it should be what you need, just transfer your btc from Muun onchain

It’s nice it what you want to do is drain the wallet, in fact that’s how this feature is called. But it closes all channels also.

I started using Phoenix earlier this week so I’m still learning. But I don’t think it offers submarine swaps for partial amounts, unfortunately.

Love muun but that worflow no longer works with muun. That's why I'm asking.
