I am someone who if I have a VERY unsatisfactory experience with a service/product, I express my experience and views to the company!
In a POLITE & RESPECTFUL way usually — no swearing or being a rude, entitled jerk, obvi.
Imho, the CEO & Executives of ALL companies should be attuned to their Customer’s feedback as well as giving DIRECT access to ALL of their employees, especially those who have to deal with their customers in person who use their service/product.
There’s a BIG difference in customers who are simply whiny, entitled, jerky people who like to complain about everything and those VALUABLE Customers who actually give VALUABLE feedback.
The latter have legitimate, helpful feedback regarding their UNSATISFACTORY experience with a company’s service/product and should be listened to.
And an excellent and QUALITY company with an excellent CEO will do things to rectify their unsatisfactory experience and implement helpful ideas/suggestions to make the Company BETTER!
An excellent CEO will also be DIRECTLY accessible to ALL their employees and not just to the “VIP” high level executives of the company.
And LISTEN to the feedback, ideas and suggestion of ALL of company’s employees, especially to those who are interacting with people who are using company’s service/product!
