Hey nostr:npub1s5yq6wadwrxde4lhfs56gn64hwzuhnfa6r9mj476r5s4hkunzgzqrs6q7z, I know you are a huge fan of MSTR but what is your take on Saylor constantly selling shares (even 2d ago)? I am assuming he's doing it to buy BTC personally, so for him it seems BTC now is better than MSTR?

I think his Bitcoin only (personally owned) position size is drastically undersized. I have a very big concern for a 6102 style attack on MSTR, therefore the Kelly criterion math tells me a 5% or 10% position size should be the max based on the risk assumed for potential out performance. This math would be the same whether it’s me or Michael. So I would imagine it’s likely because of that. Now he will never get his position size down to those levels, but it’s the idea of balance that risk out of his overall portfolio positioning.
Yeah, that sounds plausible. Thanks for replying!
Isn’t this him just exercising his 400000 shares he earned?
He doesn’t take a salary and these had a time lapse on them
He stated in an earnings call that he would sell around 5000 a day until around April 25th. He then stated he would buy Bitcoin with the cash.
My take was if he hadn’t have sold the shares he would have forgone the right to them ?
