yeah man. he actually bought some sats on a KYC exchange. i offered him a LN payment by double the fiat he spent for my lunch, intending to show him the lightning. got rejected🙃

very few of us get it on initial contact it takes a few encounters. if he's done a little bit of investigation it will sit with him and gnaw at him each time he sees something messed up like the next big print by central banks when head into a crunch
