Natural gas is out today for the entire region. Schools are all closed, restaurants can't cook anything, and no one has had a shower. A nice preview of the apocalypse.

I used to like cooking with gas but then I started looking in to it and it’s not so healthy. Now I’m glad to use induction instead. If you’re all electric then you can use your own solar and batteries too.

I agree, food tastes funny cooked with gas here compared to proper induction.

My stove is induction, and I wouldn't change that, but I sure would like to take a warm shower 😅
