Here you go..Best thing I ever did.. Alone, start walking.. Head out the front door, or hop in the car, park somewhere. Walk/ jog if you want, Go half hour out, and turn around and head back. Walking gave me the time to clear my mind and really think. Think about whatever pops into your mind? All of a sudden you'll come up with the answer to what you have to do in order to get you through a tough time in life. It's amazing how just jogging as slow as you can jog, over a period of time on the clock gets you in better shape. Even though you're telling yourself to go as slow as you can, you end up automatically speeding up! All of a sudden, you're going twice as far during your hour walk. Go 5 times a week. After 3 months, you won't be able to stop and you're gonna be one well toned human being.

I love this! I like walking/running in quieter places (where I live is a bit busy so my thoughts are easily interrupted). I will definitely start trying the slow jog!!
