I prefer something pretty simple to implement over the long haul:
1. Instead of intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast, simply consume only fruit until lunch. Eat enough/alot to ensure the body is (A) toasty warm and (B) not hungry.
2. Have black coffee with maple syrup to accelerate morning metabolism even more.
3. Have a tablespoon of coconut oil with lunch. This will really rev up your metabolism and enhance fat loss.
4. If lots of fat to lose, implement IF by skipping dinner. This approach is lower stress than skipping breakfast, which disrupts the circadian rythym.
That's something to try out soonish
