I was threatened a couple of weeks ago by a guy that said he would make life a living hell for me because I never approved him for one of my rentals.. and every day for the past 10 days I’ve gotten 1 star reviews and it’s brought my ratings from a 4.5 star to under 4

Google seems impossible to reach..and I’ve asked before and they dont do much about it
