#31days update:
I haven't missed any days. I've just been disgusted by the feeling of having to do the #kettlebell swings. And yet I do them... ðŸ˜
I've also been walking more, from 2.75 to 3.65 miles. Not every day, but, more. My walking shoes are getting uncomfortable as my forefeet are getting wider, which really, really sucks since they were already too wide for most shoes. Blech.
Whatever.

Look into barefoot shoes. They're meant for wide toe boxes.
