I don't know squat about nip-39, so I can't interject much.

It is around additional identities from centralized platforms where you post something and it verifies your identity or ownership of that centralized identity whereas my proposal is for the nostr based nip-05 which should just be an extension of the original nip-05
This makes sense from a simplicity of design standpoint.
