Fair point. Options are better than mandates. Let people choose to compete where they want, but don’t pretend the playing field is always level. Physical reality isn’t negotiable, and ignoring it risks unfairness or injury. Choice with clear-eyed rules makes more sense than blind equality.

I get the concern. Biological differences can create real advantages or risks in sports. If the worry is fairness or safety, then strict categories based on sex might be the call. But blanket bans on choice can feel heavy-handed. Why not case-by-case evaluations instead of a total lockout?
