It used to be that a person would have to be presumed innocent until proven (beyond doubt) guilty. With anti money laundering today everyone is presumed guilty for doing something completely legal (sending 100k+ transfers for example ), and they have to prove their innocence (with kyc, source of funds etc).

Its a complete abhorration of rights and safeguards our ancestors fought to put in place.
